Meet Anya – The Heart Behind Bella Body Magazine
Hi, I’m Anya — founder of Bella Body Pilates, a certified Pilates instructor, and a proud mom. My mission is to empower and uplift through movement, helping people of all ages and backgrounds feel strong, confident, and connected in their bodies.
Before I discovered the magic of Pilates, I spent years performing as a professional dancer in spectacular productions aboard cruise ships around the world. In 2017, I transitioned into teaching Pilates, barre, and dance to children—and I’ve been passionately helping others move better ever since.
Today, I work with a wide range of clients: moms, teen athletes, active adults and even golfers looking to improve their mobility. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or seeking to enhance your performance, I tailor each session to help you feel your best.
I also love sharing healthy recipes, wellness tips, and fun travel ideas to support a balanced and joyful life—on and off the mat.
